Fish & Co. began its operations in 1998 amidst the Asian regional economic crisis and was owned by two partners-Ricky Chew and Lambert Yeo. Driven by a passion to provide a unique dining experience, made memorable by outstanding service and customer care, the founders began conjuring the Fish & Co. dream.
